These terms apply to browsing, approved accounts, and MCP clients.

Access

Browsing is public and rate-limited. Agent connections require OAuth and early-access approval. We may limit, pause, or revoke access to protect the service, sources, or users. Requests neither create accounts nor guarantee access.

Corpus use

XData indexes public content for search, retrieval, and citation. Users must respect source rights, paywalls, licenses, and usage restrictions.

Acceptable use

• Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, or source restrictions.
• Do not bulk export or redistribute source content.
• Do not ingest private, confidential, unlawful, or sensitive URLs.
• Do not present retrieved content as financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.
